Product Description

Cut Off Wheels are cutting wheels made of abrasive grains bonded with an organic bonding system. Their outer ring belts are abrasive processing layers, and the center parts are high-strength, high-rigidity metal material. They have a maximum outer diameter of 500 mm and a thickness of 0.3-4.0 mm. The abrasive working layer of Cut Off Wheels is thicker than the matrix thickness, which is convenient for chip removal and cooling, and can ensure the technological requirements of the cutting edge of the grinding wheel after cutting the bar.

Application

Cut Off Wheels can be used for cutting quartz, cemented carbide, die steel and other bars. They are used with both portable and stationary tools on numerous materials including aluminum, plastic, sheet metal, stainless steel and more. They are less brittle than vitrified wheels. Besides, they can be used for cutting, notching and grinding.
