Q1: How can I get the samples and when can you send? A:lf you have sample request, please don't hesitate to contact us. Existing sample is free, we will send within one day. Custom samples will cause sample charges, it will take 3~7 days to finish, sample charges can be refunded accordingly after order confirmed. Q2: May I know your production time and shipping port? A: Normally our production time is 20 ~ 30 days according to different products, shipping port is Ningbo or Shanghai. Q3: Can I do our design and what is the MOQ? A: Of course you can, we support OEM/ODM for products and packages according to your requirments. Normally MOQ is 3000, we also accept small quantity accordingly if you can't meet the MOQ. Q4: What's your payment term? A: Normally it is TT 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of original BL. L/C would be acceptable if total amount is over USD20,000. |
