1. Samples are provided by customers, we will scan the samples first, then use Unigraphics software to build the 3D part drawing.

2. 2D drawings in dwg or dxf, we can design the 3D part drawing per the 2d drawing.

3. Client also can send the 3D part drawings to us in STEP, or X_T (parasolid) file, then we can check if the part design is ok per the demoulding direction of moulds. Then suggestion clients to improve the part drawing and start to make mould drawing.

4. In case client just have an idea without drawing, samples etc, we can try our best to find one similar products and do improvement per client’s idea and descriptions, then making your design unique.
