Products Description

oil tanker truck, also known as a fuel tanker truck, is a heavy-duty vehicle designed to transport large quantities of liquid petroleum or other fuel products from one location to another. These trucks are commonly used to deliver fuel to gas stations, fuel depots, airports, and other facilities that require a consistent supply of fuel.

Oil tanker trucks typically have a cylindrical tank with a capacity ranging from a few thousand to tens of thousands of gallons. The tanks are usually made of aluminum or steel and are designed to withstand the pressure and weight of the liquid cargo. The tanks are equipped with multiple compartments to carry different types of fuel or to separate fuel with different octane ratings.

The Isuzu FTR fuel truck is equipped with large-capacity fuel storage tank for efficient transportation and delivery of fuel. The tank is customized to meet specific capacity requirements of the customer, allowing flexibility and optimizing fuel distribution.

The ISUZU Fuel Tanker Truck makes use of the special power take off (PTO) to get power from the engine, and then transfer the power to the Fuel Pump via drive axle so to rotate the pump. The fuel pump, pipelines, valves and joints consist of the pipeline system. Turn on/off valves through the regulated program, the pump can absorb fuel into the tank, also can pumping-out the fuel. As for the fuel dispenser, this can be used refueling all trucks through the special gun. And then come to all function.

When there is emergency, how to operate Fuel truck

Tanker truck accidents are a common but dangerous situation that require prompt and effective response. Here are five key points for responding to a tanker truck accident.

First, make an emergency call promptly. After an oil tanker accident occurs, call the local emergency number, such as the police or fire alarm number, as soon as possible. Inform the appropriate authorities of the location, type of vehicle and circumstances of the accident so they can quickly dispatch first responders and firefighting teams to the scene.

Secondly, ensure the safety of personnel. At the scene of an accident, it is vital to keep yourself and others safe. Evacuate the accident scene quickly and try to stay away from possible explosions, fires or toxic gas leaks. If possible, warn other personnel to keep their distance and instruct them to evacuate the scene if necessary.

Third, prevent the further spread of tanker accidents. If there are no obvious signs of fire or explosion in the accident vehicle, measures should be taken as soon as possible to prevent the spread of the tanker accident. Temporary fencing or warning signs can be used to fence off the site to keep other vehicles and pedestrians safe.

Fourth, notify relevant departments as soon as possible. In addition to making emergency calls, relevant departments, such as road administration, environmental protection, transportation and safety authorities, etc., should also be notified in a timely manner. They can provide necessary aid and assistance to limit further harm and environmental contamination.
